CES makes every attempt to make things as easy as possible for our customers. Once the personal, contractor, commercial, or other estimate has been given, there are 3 options that the customer can take:
Option 1: The customer can accept the quote and have the technician complete work.
Option 2: The customer can accept the quote and schedule an appointment for the work to be done in the future.
Option 3: The customer can respectfully decline the price of the services, and pay the technician for the service call.
